Discovering JotForm was a big relief to us during the pandemic. Upon reopening the club, we wanted to be as paper/pen free as we could possibly be. They had thousands of different templates which made setting up our forms quick and easy- just what we needed when there was already so much work to do to reopen. They have always responded quickly to any enquiries and have a really helpful FAQ page where we have been able to find the answers to most of our questions without having to get in contact.
