A range of Skills Clinics, offering opportunities for both our 1hr Recreational Gymnasts and 2hr+ Squad Gymnasts, to work with a small group of 6 participants to further develop specific skills.

Tumble - Round-Off Flics (Attendees must be able to competently perform a round off, drop to bridge & bridge kickover)
Bars - Straddle on Undershoot, Backward and Forward Hip Circles (Suitable for complete beginners to those wishing to improve technique)
Wednesday 31st July 3:15pm-4:15pm
Bars - Upstarts (Attendees must be a squad member with a competent float swing & layaway)
Beam - Cartwheels, Backward and Forward Walkovers (Attendees must be able to competently perform the skill on a line on the floor)
Monday 5th August 3:15pm-4:15pm
Bars - Backward, Forward and Turning Giants (Attendees must be training 8+ hours a week and have competent swings, baby giant and cast towards handstand.
Wednesday 7th August 3:15pm-4:15pm

Tumble - Free Cartwheels/Arials (Attendees need to have a competent cartwheel & round off)

Bars - Clear Circles and Toe Circles (Attendees must be squad members able to competently perform a strong cast above horizontal, backward hip circle and sole circle)
Floor - Backward and Forward Walkovers (Attendees must have a competent bridge, backbend & drop to bridge)
Wednesday 21st August 3:15pm-4:15pm
Vault - Tsukahara and Yurchenko Somersault Vaults (Attendees must be training 4+ hours a week and be able to half on over vault)
Bars - Squat on Jump Off, Squat on Catch, Sole Circles (Suitable for complete beginners to those wishing to improve technique)
Wednesday 28th August 3:15pm-4:15pm
Tumble - Double Back Somersaults (Attendees must train 8 hours+ and have a strong round off flic Straight back)
Metal Bar - Mix of Skills (Attendees train 4 hours+ have been on metal bars before and have the appropriate bar gear available in advance of the session)
